.In FF14, housing really is the end-game.
But it can be HIGHLY pricey to hire someone to design your house.

That said, I personally LOVE designing houses.
So much so, I keep my prices cheaper so I'm more accessible
to help achieve THE house you desire the most !!!

My prices for designing a house are :
>>> 10mil Gil. for a Small House <<<
>>> 15mil Gil. for a Mid. House <<<
>>> 20mil Gil. for a Large House <<<

50% of my pricing per-house goes into the ability to design a house because of the marketboard. Due to this, as well as IRL situations, designing a house will take roughly 2days -to- 1week on average. Though I do work very closely with my clients to make sure I nail down EVERY detail with you, from start to finish.
I am also NOT in any FC Guild.
So this allows me to hop into an FC to help design a house also.
